run in your project directory

claude mcp add replen -e DIGEST_BASE_URL=<DIGEST_BASE_URL> -e DIGEST_TOKEN=<DIGEST_TOKEN> -- npx -y @replen/mcp

Adds it for this project only. Append --scope user to make it available everywhere. Claude Code docs
