Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something visibility_audit_info does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls visibility_audit_info itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MeSquared Visibility's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
