Ask for something fetch_arxiv_research_digest does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls fetch_arxiv_research_digest itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that arxiv digest mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
