Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something repair_malformed_json does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls repair_malformed_json itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that json repair mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
