Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something list_handwritten_cards does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_handwritten_cards itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that OnceAsk's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
