Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something tool_data_transformer does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls tool_data_transformer itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Agent Vending Factory's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
