Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something github-repo-shape does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls github-repo-shape itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that CSV row count, body discarded's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
