Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something timezone does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls timezone itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that KiB to bytes, number discarded's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
