Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something people-search-index does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls people-search-index itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that UTC first day of the current month's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
