Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something github-repo-shape does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls github-repo-shape itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Postgres URL Shape's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
