Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something seerxo_analyze_listing does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls seerxo_analyze_listing itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Seerxo's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
