Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something get_top_snowfall does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_top_snowfall itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Powder to the People Snow Reports's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
