Add agoradm to Windsurf

    Open ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something agora_notifications does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls agora_notifications itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that agoradm's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

agoradm will not start until these are set, so agora_notifications never becomes available.
