Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something mesh_search does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls mesh_search itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Medical Terminologies MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
