Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something terminology_diff does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls terminology_diff itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Medical Terminologies MCP's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
