Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something discover_capabilities does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls discover_capabilities itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that InsureLink's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
