Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something mediora__get_test_details does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls mediora__get_test_details itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that mediora mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
