Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something tascan_list_subtasks does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls tascan_list_subtasks itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TaScan's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
TaScan will not start until these are set, so tascan_list_subtasks never becomes available.
