Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something tascan_send_sms does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls tascan_send_sms itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TaScan's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
TaScan will not start until these are set, so tascan_send_sms never becomes available.
