Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something design_email_template does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls design_email_template itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that send16 mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
