Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something morph_audit_recent does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls morph_audit_recent itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Hive Morph's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
