Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something portal_debug_query_blocks does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls portal_debug_query_blocks itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SQD's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
