    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something portal_debug_resolve_time_to_block does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls portal_debug_resolve_time_to_block itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SQD's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
