Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something create_case_passport does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls create_case_passport itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that CaseMagic — Court Case Monitor's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
