Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http sync-day https://sync.day/mcp/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something remove_participant does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls remove_participant itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that sync day's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
