Add specpack to Windsurf

    Open ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something generate_spec does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls generate_spec itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that specpack's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first

specpack will not start until these are set, so generate_spec never becomes available.
