Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something wait_for_webhook does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls wait_for_webhook itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Webhook Toolkit's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
