Save the file and restart ChatGPT.

Ask for something base_eth_call does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls base_eth_call itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MACH Base's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
