Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something ledger_export_csv does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls ledger_export_csv itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that cash book's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
