Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something change_order_add_line does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls change_order_add_line itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that change order's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
