Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something checklist_item_remove does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls checklist_item_remove itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that checklist's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
