Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something credit_note_delete does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls credit_note_delete itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that credit note's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
