Add merge pdf to Zed

Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something pdf_upload does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls pdf_upload itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that merge pdf's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
merge pdf will not start until these are set, so pdf_upload never becomes available.
