Add receipt scanner to Zed

Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something expense_update does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls expense_update itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that receipt scanner's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
receipt scanner will not start until these are set, so expense_update never becomes available.
