Add sow to VS Code

Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something doc_create does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls doc_create itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that sow's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

sow will not start until these are set, so doc_create never becomes available.
