Add standup to Windsurf

    Open ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something columns_set does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls columns_set itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that standup's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

standup will not start until these are set, so columns_set never becomes available.
