Add subscriptions to Zed

Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something schedule_update does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls schedule_update itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that subscriptions's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
subscriptions will not start until these are set, so schedule_update never becomes available.
