Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something supplier_update does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls supplier_update itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that supplier list's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

supplier list will not start until these are set, so supplier_update never becomes available.
