Save the file and restart ChatGPT.

Ask for something set_cart_quantity does. ChatGPT lists the server's tools on connect and calls set_cart_quantity itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Synchronity's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
