Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something list_decisions does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls list_decisions itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Algenta MCP Server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
