Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something live_ip_lookup does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls live_ip_lookup itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that AgentTools Hub's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
