Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something tickerbot_get_ticker_coverage does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls tickerbot_get_ticker_coverage itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
