Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something tickerbot_update_webhook does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls tickerbot_update_webhook itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
