Add toolforte to VS Code

Open .vscode/mcp.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something text_diff does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls text_diff itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that toolforte's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

toolforte will not start until these are set, so text_diff never becomes available.
