Add toolforte to Zed

Open ~/.config/zed/settings.json and merge this in. Keep any servers already there.

Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something workflow_propose does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls workflow_propose itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that toolforte's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

Set these first
toolforte will not start until these are set, so workflow_propose never becomes available.
