Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something mark_client_invoice_paid does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls mark_client_invoice_paid itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that ExpenseBot's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
