Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something research_backlinks does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls research_backlinks itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that tracetify mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.

tracetify mcp will not start until these are set, so research_backlinks never becomes available.
