Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something research_domain_overview does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls research_domain_overview itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that tracetify mcp's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
