Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something chord_find_token does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls chord_find_token itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that MoltNode by Chord's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
