    Save the file and restart Windsurf.

    Ask for something ecosystem_dependency_graph does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls ecosystem_dependency_graph itself — you do not invoke it by name.

    If nothing happens, check the server is running and that blobpedia's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
